Summary:
|
Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1940 requested the 2024 Modernization of Three Elementary Schools, Phase 1 at Meadow Homes, Mt. Diablo, and Rio Vista Elementary Schools pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for work shall include, but is not limited to
selective demolition and construction, including associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount.
Staff received two bid packages on May 7, 2024. Upon review of the bid packages, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder is determined to be Cal-Pacific Construction, Inc. District staff is bringing to the Board our recommendation for award of bid #1940 to go to Cal-Pacific Construction, Inc.
