Summary
:
The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide engineering, comprehensive architectural design and administrative (DSA) services to complete an ADA upgrade & modernization to the existing restroom building at Westwood Elementary School.
Staff negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $27,000 be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project.
