Summary:

The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide planning, design, engineering, and installation of two exterior grand-stand bleachers to be installed at at Mt. Diablo High School’s existing sports field.
Staff negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' (NTE) contract in the amount of $130,000 be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project. |
