Summary:
|
At the March 25, 2019 MDUSD Board of Education Meeting, the Board of Education established a 2018 Measure J Citizens Oversight Committee to actively review and report on the uses of Measure J bond proceeds to ensure that they are appropriately expended as required per Education Code Section 15278 (Prop 39).
The 2018 Measure J Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) has received an application from a qualified candidate, Mr. Jim Walsh, to serve on the CBOC who is also a member of the 2010 Measure C CBOC and a representative of a Senior Citizen Organization.
For the Boards Information Only: Attached is an updated application for Mr. Dennis Chow, who was previously approved as a CBOC Member on May, 13th 2019, showing that he is available to attend quarterly CBOC meetings. |
