Mt. Diablo High School is requesting permission to purchase a refrigerator/freezer unit from East Bay Restaurant Supply, Inc for $41,100.00 A Refrigeration/Freezer unit will support the renovation of the Serendipity Restaurant, which is part of the International Hospitality and Tourism Academy. A new unit is required to ensure students are being taught the most up to date industry standards and to insure the health and safety of our students. Additionally, the new unit will be more energy efficient as the older unit was no longer running efficiently and was in need of repairs. We were able to obtain 2 official quotes. Trimark couldn't match the quotes that are attached here. |
