The attached mediated agreement was reached between the bargaining teams. This agreement shall have a three (3) year term of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022. This will be submitted to the Contra Costa County Office of Education for AB 1200 Review. The Board's ratification is the first step in the settlement of this matter that will be subject to MDSPA's ratification of the necessary agreements. |
