Summary: On April 17, 2017, the Board took action to Award Bid 1775 to Pacific Door and Hardware, Inc., to provide tools, materials, labor, equipment, and fees necessary to provide replacement of doors and hardware on existing doors, including replacing closers and adjustments to doors for proper operation, including hinge adjustments and or door sweeps and other trade techniques as needed.

Purchase Order Value: $202,304.00
Additive Change Order: $10,086.50
Final Purchase Order Value: $212,390.50

Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed according to the District's drawings and specifications.
