Summary: Concord High School's telephone system was installed in June, 2003. Since that time, many new classrooms and programs have been housed on the campus which has put the current system at capacity. In order to accommodate anticipated growth and improve services, a new system is required. In order to meet the needs of Concord High School the NEC SVC9300 phone system was selected.
Funding: Program 5033. The requested amount is a budgeted expense in the 2017/18 budget. No additional funds are requested.
Fiscal Impact $58,906.46
Recommendation: Approve the purchase of a new telephone system for Concord High School.
