Summary: On February 13, 2017 the Board of Education awarded contract C944 project #1765 to Joseph Murphy, Inc. for $617,500.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete Roofing replacement at Holbrook Elementary School according to the plans and Specifications.

A final change order (FCO) in the amount of $9,065.00 is necessary. This final change order will result in a final, revised contract value of $626,565.00.
