Summary:
|
During assessments of our current elementary school hardscape needs, it was discovered that Mt. Diablo Elementary School was in need of hardscape improvements to avoid slip, trip and fall hazards during physical education curriculum. In order to facilitate these site safety projects in a timely manner, approval of award would allow for completion of these projects during the spring of 2019. Scope includes installation of crack filler and paving over-coating.
Staff is recommending a NOT TO EXCEED (NTE), contract in the amount of $10,822.00 with Goodland Landscape Construction, Inc.
