Summary: The Creek and Diane Adair have relocatable buildings at Foothill Middle School and Bancroft Elementary School. These agreements renew the Real Property Lease Agreements from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 with a yearly renewal for three years. Extensions will be approved by the Superintendent over the ensuing three years.
Funding: There are no District funds expended to provide this site lease.
