Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1819 requested pricing for roof renovations at Monte Gardens Elementary School, Wren Avenue Elementary School and Sun Terrace Elementary School pursuant to PCC §20111.6. The scope included the replacement and refurbishment of school roofs. The project requested both hot application and cold application pricing. Four (4) bid packages were received on February 8, 2019 and Andy’s Roofing Co., Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
