On May 21, 2018, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1801 to EVRA Construction Inc. in the amount of $674,000 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate restroom improvements at Glenbrook and Loma Vista Adult Center.
As a result of District requested scope of work, and to address unforeseen existing conditions, utility infrastructure and building modifications a single, final change order in the amount of $ $20,532.57 is necessary.
This final change order will result in a contract value of $694,532.57, an increase of $20,532.57
