motion 'Approve that Student #15-19 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #15-19 may apply for readmission after Friday, December 20, 2019. Prior to readmission, Student #15-19 must participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address anger management & drugs/alcohol; complete 30 hours of community service; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshop for Anger Management; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS); and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, maintain a 2.0 GPA or better, earn 30 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.
