motion 'that Student #10-18 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and Approve that Student #10-18 may apply for readmission after Friday, June 29, 2018. Prior to readmission, Student #10-18 must participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address positive decision making and accountability for behavior; participates in thirty (30) hours of community service; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, maintain a 2.0 GPA and have a 90% attendance rate.
