Summary: As part of a proposed renovation of Serendipity at Mt. Diablo High School, we will update some of the equipment in the kitchen. This update is necessary to bring the equipment up to industry standards, to ensure student safety, and to install more energy efficient equipment. Serendipity is an essential part of the International Hospitality & Tourism Academy. This is a joint project and committee members include: Dominic Machi, Richard Jackson, Lorne Barbosa, Kevin Fuller, Debbie Allen and Heather Fontanilla. Three quotes were obtained and Trimark came in with the best prices.
Funding: Through CTEIG grant, 500 3796 10 4400
Fiscal Impact $62,910.78
Recommendation: Approve the purchase of equipment for Mt. Diablo High School's Serendipity remodel project.
