Diablo Unified School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, or to accept any Bid or any part thereof, or to waive any informality in any Bid, whenever it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. At this time the Food Service Department has chosen to re-bid requesting new proposals for Fresh Produce.
