Summary:

On May 22, 2017 the Board of Education awarded Contract C-958 Bid #1782 to Goodland Landscape, Inc. for $5,150,000 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete athletic facility improvements at Concord High School.
The scope of work included selective demolition, site improvements, landscaping, electrical and all finishes necessary per plans and specifications.
Change Orders 1782-001 for $253,931.44 and $239,210.35 were issued for unforeseen conditions resulting in added electrical work, fencing and concrete changes.
Contract Value: $5,150,000.00
