Summary: Community Options for Families & Youth (COFY) is a certified non-public agency that provides mental health related services for students of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District according to the terms of their Individualized Educational Program (IEP). Services include counseling, family therapy, and case management services for students placed in residential programs. Additional funds in the amount of $26,500 are requested to continue providing IEP driven services for the remainder of the current school year.
