Summary
:
Mt. Diablo Adult Education (MDAE) requests approval by the Mt. Diablo USD Governing Board of the attached list of proposed courses and classes to be offered in 2019-2020 to adults in the MDUSD community. As required annually by the California Department of Education (CDE), the list attached has now been approved by CDE for offering to the public in 2019-2020.
Current regional job and labor market information, staff, community and student input as well as regional needs assessments/gaps analyses, support the MDAE list of continuing and new courses and classes to be offered in 2019-2020. Outlines for each course and/or class are maintained in the Central Files of MDAE at the Loma Vista Adult Center as well as in the files of each MDAE Program Office.
Additionally, attached is the Lifelong Education Fee-Based Community Program courses and classes also submitted for MDUSD Governing Board review and approval. (Note: Lifelong Education Fee-Based Community Programs no longer require CDE approval.)
