On April 22, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1824 to Athens Painting and Commercial Coatings, in the amount of $322,000.00 to facilitate the Painting Summer 2019 Package 1 Project.
During construction, it was discovered that the following additional works was required.
1. Scope change from (2) Color Scheme to (3) Color Scheme
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $353,586.00, an increase of $31,586.00 which is an increase of 9.81% of the original contract.
