Summary:
|
WHEREAS, Education Code 44258.2 authorizes the Governing Board to assign an employee holding a Single Subject or a Standard Secondary credential to teach, with his or her consent, any subject in a departmentalized class in grades 5-8 provided that the teacher has completed 12 semester units or 6 upper division or graduate units of coursework in that subject.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the following teacher meets the above qualifications and is being authorized in a middle school in the subject(s) in which they hold 12 semester units or 6 upper division or graduate units for the current school year in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.
