Three (3) bid packages were submitted in response to bid 1799. Responses were evaluated by District Personnel and all potential additive and or deductive contingencies valuated. The responsible low bidder is T. Amaral’s Done Right Construction for a total of $718,000.00 including alternates. Work is to be performed at three sites, Shadelands, Sunrise, and Willow Creek Center, for Modernization Group 4.
