Summary:
|
In 2007 the Governing Board approved two (2) Memoranda of Understanding designating CSAC as our Primary and Excess Workers' Compensation insurance carrier. To update their records CSAC requests that the MDUSD Governing Board designate an individual or position that is authorized to officially act on behalf of and enter into agreements with CSAC. This resolution will authorize the Chief Business Officer to officially act on behalf of and enter into agreements with CSAC.
