motion 'Approve the expulsion of Student #20-16 from all regular schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #20-16 may apply for readmission after June 27, 2017. It is required that Student #20-16 participates in 20 hours of individual counseling to address anger and impulse control, serve 20 hours of community service, attend the California Offender Program Service (COPS) for anger, and show evidence of a successful school experience with good attendance, no suspendible behavior infraction and earn 50 credits prior to readmission.
