Summary: On September 12, 2018, the Board awarded Bid 1810/C973 to Goodland Landscape Construction Inc., in the amount of $670,504.00 for the Mt. Diablo Elementary School Field Improvement Project. During construction several modifications to the original design were made in order to facilitate the best value for the budget. The final contract value of $664,435.00 was $6,069.00 less than the original contract value due to a net credit.
