Summary:
|
The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide engineering, comprehensive architectural design and administrative (DSA) services necessary to complete 2010 Measure C, Group 4 Restroom Renovations at various sites. Project sites include: Pleasant Hill Middle School, Strandwood Elementary School, Gregory Gardens Elementary School, Willow Creek Center, Bancroft Elementary School, Silverwood Elementary School,Sunrise Special Ed School, Shadelands Special Ed School, Loma Vista Adult School.
Staff negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $155,900.00 be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project.
