Summary:

Pursuant to Article 38 of the Contractual Agreement between Mt. Diablo Unified School District and CST Public Employees Union, Local One/AFSCME, a reclassification review has been completed for classifications submitted by the Reclassification Committee to the Assistant Director of Personnel requesting the following approvals and job descriptions as described attached. These reclassification requests will be effective July 1, 2018.
Recommendation:
Child Welfare & Attendance Liaison: Reclassify four (4) Child Welfare & Attendance Liaisons with an increase in Range from 477 to 508. Increase in cost from current range to new range is a total cost of $25,882 for four (4) employees. No change in job title. Job Description updated. No change in calendar work year.
School Office Manager: Reclassify one (1) Necessary Small High School Clerical Support to Office Manager with an increase in range from 468 to 477. Increase in cost from current range to new range is a total cost of $1,214 for one (1) employee. No change in job description. No change in calendar work year.
Workers' Compensation Technician: Reclassify one (1) Personnel Assistant with an increase in range from 477 to 558. Increase in cost from current range to new range is a total cost $2,712 for one (1) employee. New job description (attached). No change in calendar work year.
