Summary
:
The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide engineering, comprehensive architectural design and administrative services to complete a 35’ high commercial exterior parking pole-lighting system at the west-parking lot at College Park High School.
Staff negotiated, and is now recommending, that a 'not to exceed' contract in the amount of $15,000 be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project.
