Summary:
|
In November, 2016, California voters approved Proposition 58, also known as the California Education for a Global Economy Initiative. As a result of the passage of this initiative, there are changes in the California Education Code pertaining to the program of instruction for English Learners. Therefore, in order to comply with the new regulations, it is necessary to amend our Board Policy.
