motion 'Approve to expel Student #09-19 from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. Student #09-19 may apply for readmission after Tuesday, June 5, 2019. Prior to readmission, the following conditions are required: Student #09-19 must participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address anger management; attend a MDUSD Saturday Workshop to address anger management; show evidence of a successful school experience without having committed a violation of the Education Code reasonably warranting a suspension; and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA, complete 30 credits to continue on course for a timely graduation, have a 90% attendance rate and be on time to school.
