Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1818 requested pricing for roof renovations at Mt. Diablo Elementary School, College Park High School and Concord High School pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope included the replacement and refurbishment of school roofs. The project requested both hot application and cold application pricing. Six (6) bid packages were received on February 8, 2019 and Waterproofing Associates, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
