Summary: On November 13, 2017, the Board awarded Bid 1788/C962/C962-9 to Best Contracting Services Inc., in the amount of $343,900.00 for the Pleasant Hill Middle School Roofing Project. The final contract value of $333,531 for the project was $10,369 less than the original contract value due to a net credit (deduct of $13,759 for insulation board and add of $3,390 for dry rot repair).
