Competitive procurement was conducted in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) approved by Board Resolution #18/19-33 for Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1844 for the Dent Center Server Room HVAC Project. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for the installation of the new Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for the Dent Center Server and Telephone Room. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project received two (2) bid packages that were received on June 7, 2019 and Bell Products, Inc., is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
