Summary: Attached, for Board review, is the 2018-19 Proposed Budget. The proposed budget is presented utilizing the State required forms. The District's internal budget documents are also included. The following forms and documents are included for review:

1. Executive Summary
2. School District Certification
3. Workers' Compensation Certification
4. General Fund
5 All "Other" funds
6. Average Daily Attendance
7. Cash Flow Projection
8. Current Expense Formula/Minimum Classroom Compensation
9. Multi-year Projections - General Fund
10. Criteria & Standards Review - General Fund

The 2018-19 Proposed Budget is based on the Governor's May Revision. Notice of this public hearing has been posted in accordance with the Education Code and District Policy and the budget has been made available for public viewing.

After the State adopts its budget, the District will make the appropriate budget revisions, as required.
Funding: The Budget covers all funds of the District.
Fiscal Impact Not Applicable.
Recommendation: For information only. Prior to July 1st of each fiscal year, the Board of Trustees must approve an operating budget. The 2018-19 Proposed Budget will be presented for approval and adoption at the 6/25/18 Board Meeting.
