Summary: Attached proposed MOU by and between MDAE and the CCCOE is for purpose of distribution of AEBG Block Grant State funding to MDAE to facilitate MDAE’s engagement in the data gathering, data monitoring and reporting of the CCCAEC as set forth in the Data and Accountability Work Plan of the CCCAEC.

Details of the data gathering, monitoring and reporting of the CCCAEC as well as member district’s responsibilities and requirements for engagement in and compliance with performing these data activities, are outlined in the MOU attached.
Funding: AEBG State Funds.
Fiscal Impact There is no impact to the General Fund.
Recommendation: Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Contra Costa County Office of Education (CCCOE), as Fiscal Agent of the CCCAEC, to Receive Adult Education Block Grant (AEBG) state data funds received as a member district/institution of the Contra Costa County Adult Education Consortium (CCCAEC).
