On April 22, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1825 to JPB Designs, Inc., in the amount of $276,700.00, for the Painting Summer 2019 Package 2 Project. During construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required. 1. Scope change from (2) Color Scheme to (3) Color Scheme The final charge order will result in a contract value of $303,700.00, an increase of $27,000.00 which is an increase of 9.76% of the original contract.
