motion 'Approve that student #05-19 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that student #05-19 may apply for readmission after September 12, 2019. Prior to readmission, student #05-19 is required to participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address social and emotional and decision making issues; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for drugs; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshop for drugs; submit to a drug test; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 60 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
