On June 27, 2016, the Board approved an Independent Service Agreement with Ursula Leimbach for communications and public relations services in the amount of $50,000. District projects assigned to the contractor surpassed the contract amount so staff is seeking approval of Amendment #1 to the agreement which increases the total amount of the contract to an amount not to exceed $120,000.
