Summary:
|
Mt. Diablo Unified School District requested bids for building demolition and pad prep at Food Service Warehouse. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: All tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete demolition of existing 6,800 square foot warehouse building, adjacent 1,000 square foot storage shed, building pad preparation for proposed new Food Service Warehouse building including grading and site utilities. The project has four (4) bid packages that were received on April 30, 2019 and Bid #1840 from Anthem Builders, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
