motion 'Approve that Student #15-18 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #15-18 may apply for readmission after Friday, December 21, 2018. Prior to readmission, Student #15-18 is required to participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address drugs and alcohol; participate in thirty (30) hours of community service; submit a negative drug test; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for drugs and alcohol; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 30 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
