Summary
:
Project Lead the Way (PLTW) received honors designation of some of its courses in the UC Portal as honors courses. In an effort to ensure access to the honors credit through the PLTW courses, MDUSD instructors identified how the honors courses will be different from the non honors courses. The courses continue to be aligned to the PLTW curriculum but teachers who want to increase the academic rigor in their PLTW courses will be able to teach the honors level courses and students will earn honor credit. This is aligned with our goal of ensuring students graduate college ready.
