Pursuant to Public Contract Code § 20111 and § 20112, Mt. Diablo Unified School District publicly advertised for potential contractors to perform the work described as Window Replacements at Mt. Diablo High School 2019. The scope included window replacement at: East Academic building Window System, West Academic building Window System, boy’s Locker Area Windows, Girl’s Locker Area Windows, Coach windows (A), Coach windows (B), and Coach windows (C). An engineer's estimate was not provided as a component of the bid request. Three bids were received in response to the solicitation and after review of all provided documentation the bid from Pinguelo Construction, Inc., for $105,000 was deemed responsible.
