motion 'Approve that Student #16-18 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #16-18 may apply for readmission after Friday, December 21, 2018. Prior to readmission, Student #16-18 is required to participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address decision making; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshops for decision making; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, maintain a 2.0 GPA and have a 90% attendance rate.
