motion 'Approve that Student #18-18 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #18-18 may apply for readmission after Friday, December 21, 2018. Prior to readmission, Student #18-18 is required to complete a Readmission Plan with the following conditions: student #18-18 must participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address anger management; perform 30 hours of community services; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshop for appropriate behavior and anger management; show evidence of a successful school experience without having committed a violation of the education code reasonably warranting a suspension; and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA, complete 50 credits to continue on course for a timely graduation, have a 90% attendance rate and be on time to school.
