Summary:

The attached drafts of the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 Academic Calendars have been developed and input that was provided at the December 11, 2017 Board meeting has been included.
Both calendars have a first semester end occurring before winter break in order to complete first semester finals before students leave for a break.
The calendars are being brought forward for action.
