Summary:

On June 11, 2018, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1806/Contract C972 to Duran & Venables, Inc., in the amount of $2,698,000 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate Tennis Court Renovations at College Park High School, Concord High School, and Northgate High School.
As a result of District requested scope of work, and to address unforeseen existing conditions, utility infrastructure and building modifications, a single final change order in the amount of $199,393.36 is necessary.
The final change order will result in a contract value of $2,897,393.36, an increase of $199,393.36, an increase of 7.39% of the original contract.
