Summary
:
Dannis Woliver Kelley notified the District that it would be unable to continue as bond counsel. Jones Hall will replace Dannis Woliver Kelley to provide bond and disclosure counsel services in connection with the refinance of bonds issued in 2005 and 2006.
This item corrects the description of this contract on the December 7, 2015, Board Meeting agenda.
