Summary: On November 13, 2018, Mt. Diablo Unified School District accepted proposals from five (5) vendors for Bid #1812: District Wide Janitorial and Custodial Supplies. Three (3) proposals were deemed non-responsive. Two (2) of the proposals were complete and were evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in the bid.

Staff has reviewed and is recommending award as follows: District Wide Janitorial and Custodial Supplies to Cole Supply Company, Inc., starting January 1, 2019, for three years (2019, 2020, and 2021) through December 31, 2021.
Funding: Maintenance and Operations 5250-Custodial Supplies
Fiscal Impact $240,211.17
Recommendation: Approve to Award Bid #1812: District Wide Custodial Supplies to Cole Supply Company, Inc. for calendar years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
