Summary:
|
On April 22, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1830/C983 to Hung Construction Builder Inc., in the amount of $298,000.00 for the restroom renovations at Westwood Elementary School.
During construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required:
1. New stucco on east side of building to match three additional walls and was required before starting the exterior paint project.
2. Additional lighting in both boys and girls restrooms
The 2 above items were not identified during the pre-construction.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $308,156.02, an increase of $10,156.02, which is an increase of 3.41% of the original contract.
